NoLoop gives you practical control over how Instagram behaves in Safari. It is built for people who still use Instagram for useful things but do not want Reels, autoplay, feeds, and scroll loops to take over the session.
Choose your protection style
Gentle allows a limited run of Reels before checking in. Strict blocks Reels. Nuclear blocks both posts and Reels. Reflection asks for a brief intentional pause after posts and every five Reels. These boundaries are meant to restore a chance to choose—not to turn Instagram into a punishment.

Following only
When enabled, Following only opens Instagram’s home/posts view in Instagram’s Following feed. Only view posts from accounts you follow, instead of beginning in a home feed that may include recommended posts. It is a simple way to check in with friends and creators you chose without changing Instagram’s algorithm.

Keep Instagram useful
Continue using Messages, profiles, notifications, and search without opening the door to an endless feed. Following only does not block these useful parts of Instagram.
