Terms of Service for NoLoop, a local Safari extension and companion app by Avo Dating LLC.

These Terms of Service govern your use of NoLoop, a product of Avo Dating LLC.

By using NoLoop, you agree to these terms.

What NoLoop is

NoLoop helps users use Instagram in Safari without automatically falling into its most addictive loops. After enabling the Safari extension, you choose a protection style and NoLoop changes how Instagram behaves in the browser.

NoLoop operates purely locally on your device and does not collect product telemetry.

NoLoop is not an Instagram replacement, a new social network, or a generic screen-time blocker.

Independent product

NoLoop is an independent product by Avo Dating LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Instagram and Meta are third-party services. Your use of Instagram or Meta services remains subject to their own terms, policies, and rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own use of NoLoop and for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms that apply to services you choose to use.

You may not use NoLoop to violate another service’s terms, interfere with another service, or access content you do not have permission to access.

Local operation

NoLoop operates locally on your device. Rules and impact data are stored locally and shared only between the app and its Safari extension. Avo Dating LLC does not receive product usage telemetry from NoLoop.

You are responsible for managing your own device, local data, backups, and device security.

Early access

NoLoop may be offered as an early-access product. Early-access software may change, pause, or stop being available.

Avo Dating LLC may update NoLoop, change access to NoLoop, or discontinue NoLoop.

No warranties

NoLoop is provided as is and as available. Avo Dating LLC does not promise that NoLoop will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every device, platform, browser, Instagram account, or Instagram content type.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Avo Dating LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NoLoop.

Changes to these terms

Avo Dating LLC may update these Terms of Service as NoLoop changes. The updated terms will be posted on this website.
